Person-centered counseling will help you talk through your issues, giving you the power to control what happens, set your own goals and find your own solutions.
CBT helps you to by giving you the tools in which to change your way of thinking about something and therefore change your behavior towards it and is often used in weight loss, smoking cessation, phobias, anxiety, depression eating disorders, and anger management.
Counselling and CBT can be carried out either face to face, over the telephone or via email.
